We had to purchase a home from across the country, and Liana and Dusty went far above and beyond to make this a smooth and comfortable process. They found the house we ultimately purchased despite it not being one we had originally considered, walked through it with us on FaceTime to start the process, they examined the house several times while in escrow to ensure the seller had completed work they had agreed to, they kept on the multiple parties involved in the details of the sale, and they resolved any complications that arose. I engaged Liana to sell two rental properties In Orange County, CA in 2019. I could not have asked for anything more from a realtor. I currently live overseas so had to rely on her for everything. She completely understands the local real estate market trends and how to position and stage a property to get top $. She is professional, courteous, responds almost immediately to phone calls / emails, has laser focus and a bulldog mentality when it comes to achieving a goal.

One of the properties had some work to do before listing. She arranged everything from a gardener to selecting and supervising a contractor to carry out about 2 weeks of work. She then digitally staged the property and it sold within days.

I have lived in Orange County some years ago and dealt with a couple of realtors there with other investment properties and they do not come close to Liana with respect to knowledge of the market, pricing and customer service. Liana brought a plethora of qualified shoppers to our home, resulting in 3 or 4 reasonable offers. We ultimately chose a great buyer and opened escrow 3 weeks after listing. We were in a time crunch of our own making, because we wanted to secure a home in new construction in Rancho Mission Viejo. It was a competitive situation with more buyers vying for the available homes, than there were homes. Selling fast, for the right price (securing down payment) and getting contingencies removed from our offer were keys to winning our new house. Liana got us our buyer with weeks to spare and we did secure our new home! We highly recommend Liana and her team!
