I can't say enough about Liana. What a refreshing personality. Fun to talk with and so knowledgeable. She was the seller's Agent. When I met her, I immediately asked if she would also represent me. I'm glad I did because with so many rules required with Homeland Security I'm not sure we would have ever closed escrow. I think she did it in 45 days. I couldn't have asked for more. Courteous, attentive, responsiven and so aware of all the moving parts including my bank in New York . Dusty is a fantastic realtor - we've worked with him four times, first on a short-term lease, then a longer-term lease near Victoria Beach before purchasing a property in Laguna Beach and most recently to sell. Every transaction was professional and he negotiated exceptionally well on our behalf.

Due to the fact we were first time buyers in California and our primary home in Michigan we didn't know how to really get started. Liana and Dusty Facinelli were AMAZING. They set us up with a reputable mortgage broker, inspections, a mobile title co for signing in Michigan and so much more! We were so confidant with them from the initial showing we chose to utilize them as our broker even though they were representing the seller. With this most recent relocation to the Laguna Beach area, the realtor that we, by chance, were lucky enough to meet and guide us through this ultra-hot, real-estate location proved to be invaluable.

Dusty Facinelli-Janisch took the time to really understand what our family was looking for. He showed us properties from all over Laguna to zero in on exactly the type of home that we wanted… showing us places from Top of the World to all throughout beachside Laguna. We have 2 small children, so it's always our priority to ensure that the neighborhood that we choose is family-friendly. What was clear immediately is that Dusty is an excellent listener and makes the home-finding experience all about you. When we would ask him about this listing or that listing, he would quickly let us know which home would be best for our family and why.

Upon getting to "know us," Dusty made us aware of a property that was not on the market yet. This "pocket-listing" was absolutely perfect for us… checking off all of our wishlist boxes! Finding and securing this home was completely due to the fact that Dusty was our realtor. Throughout the entire process, Dusty was super prompt and responsive with his communication and service delivery.

We feel so fortunate to have randomly been hooked-up with Dusty for our housing needs. He proved to be a Laguna Beach area, real estate expert whose expertise is met and complimented with a genuineness and care that is not found often. Relocating is always tough and never gets easier, no matter how many times you go through it. When you come across someone who makes a such a marked difference in easing your transition into a new area, it is quickly very apparent.

Liana negotiated the purchase of a townhouse/condominium. She is very professional and conscientious. She also was instrumental in finding a tenant and negotiating a very fair lease.
