We have been looking for a property (in the general area between Huntington and Laguna Beach) for severa months. Liana and her associate Dusty were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in navigating the markets, given our needs, taste, and financial resorces.

They are both top-notch professionals with a lot of patience (especially with us!) and a sense of humor. We had some problems with the escrow company (chosen by the sellers) with a performance way below expectations....Liana jumped in, took care of everything and now we are the happy owners of a condo in Laguna that we love.
