Liana is an excellent professional to have on your side when selling your home. She is extremely knowledgeable, provides sound advice (but leaves decisions up to you), and has the experience and expertise to keep you informed of market conditions in your area. I consider myself a "needy" seller, who was constantly asking questions, reaching our for advice, and bouncing ideas off of Liana.
